Growing Up Girl
This 8 module course will help 5th – 8th grade girls understand who they are, what they stand for, what makes them beautiful, and how to shine their light in the world. Through a combination of lecture, multimedia presentation, and interactive workshops participants will receive critical information, tools, and training with which these young ladies will be able to embrace and protect their authentic selves.
Hush the Heckler
We all have a heckler that lives within us. The heckler specializes in knowing what makes us feel weak, unsafe, unworthy, unlovable and fearful. “Hush the Heckler” is a dynamic and awakening 3.5 hour workshop will provide a makeover for your soul. It will give you the tools to take better care of yourself in every area of your life.
