This intensive four month coaching series will guide you to realizing the sources in your life which have convinced you to settle for less than the best of who you are. You’ll exit this experience understanding and embracing the masterpiece you are and equipped with the tools to create the life you know is your birthright.
Format:
- 4 Month Program
- Weekly One-Hour Dial-in Collaborative Coaching Sessions
- Every Tuesday evening at 7pm (MST)
- One one-hour individual monthly coaching session with Katie
- Scheduled on Tuesdays or Wednesdays

Month One:
Realize from whom and where you acquired the limiting beliefs you carry about yourself.
Targets and Takeaways:
- Identify the sources and triggers of the limiting beliefs and the power you’ve given them
- Accept responsibility for the perpetuation of these beliefs
- Be empowered by a small community of like-minded women
Month Two:
Understand how the limiting beliefs have manifested in various aspects of your life.
- Explore how you have made true the adopted limiting-beliefs about yourself in the main areas of your life: spiritual, physical, mental, social-emotional, sexual, and professional
- Exercise and Implement healing activities that will liberate you from the limiting beliefs
- Be reassured by a sisterhood of women doing similar work and facing similar challenges
Month Three:
Create and embrace a honest and courageous set of beliefs about you and the world you create.
- Determine a new and healthy self-supporting and sustainable set of beliefs that enable you create a LIMITLESS life
- Learn everyday practices and behaviors which support your personalized improved way of thinking
- Be encouraged and trained alongside a small community of women committed to change
Month Four:
Practice healthy behaviors and thought patterns which align with your LIMITLESS belief system.
- Enjoy and delight in an improved and healthier self-concept and positive outlook on your life
- Advocate for yourself as you strengthen the implementation of new belief system
- Create boundaries in your life that will support the new truth about you
- Celebrate and be held accountable by female confidants who sincerely want you to succeed
